Do Hedgehogs Get Along With Other Pets?

Can lemurs and hedgehogs get along?

    • adminlayla says:

      Hi, Ruby.

    How about a cockapoo?

    • Layla says:

What was mentioned above applies to cockapoos too. It depends on the dog itself really. Some dogs get over curious and end up hurting themselves and the hedgehog.

You shouldn’t leave your hedgehog and dog together alone. As long as they are closely supervised, it should be okay.

However, if your dog tries to bite your hedgehog, you should immediately take the hedgehog away and avoid having the hedgehog walk around the room when the dog is in the same room.
